Why are your snap bars so cheap?

We chose to offer a more environmentally conscious option to our customers. We never compromise on quality! The cost of packaging may be high, but it's ultimately the customer who bears the expense. Plus, in the end, the packaging just ends up in the trash, right?

What are your melts/candles made of?

Our candles are made using nothing but 100% soy wax, ensuring a clean burn every time.

What are Squeezy Scents

Squeezable wax melts are a soft, pliable type of wax melt that come in a squeeze pouch, making them easy and mess-free to use. Instead of snapping or cutting wax, you simply squeeze the amount you want directly into your wax burner. They consist of 100% soy wax and eco-friendly plant-based oil which softens the wax. 

The softer wax blend melts quickly and evenly, allowing fragrance oils to release faster and more effectively. This results in a stronger scent throw and a more consistent fragrance experience.

Can you custom make candles for me?

Absolutely! Reach out with your bold ideas, and we'll turn them into reality.

Where do you get your decor items from?

We make them! Proudly NZ made one piece at a time. We use eco-friendly materials right down to the sealer. 

I like an item on your site, but I want it in a different colour/style

We can whip up custom orders in any hue or style (think marbling, bold block colours, and more!). Bedazzle it with gold foil, shattered glass, gemstones, seashells, or crystals. Let's chat about your wild ideas!

How long do custom orders take?

It won't be a jiffy! Everything needs its own time and can't be rushed. Candles and decor take time to cure. We'd suggest 3-5 days, but it might stretch longer. Let's chat when you make a request.

Do you ship in New Zealand?

Yes! We use Pass the Parcel couriers who pick up from our home to deliver to yours. We have a flat shipping rate for all orders. Tracking numbers are provided once items have been packed ready to be picked up. Items ordered late Thursday or Friday may not be picked up until the following Monday.
